This Name Chewie is made of silicone beads combined with 2 wooden rings, these wooden rings are easy for your little one to hold and they make a soothing rattling sound. And how fun is it, your little one's name on his or her own Chewie!

With a name up to 6 letters, there are 7 coloured beads on the Chewie. If the name is longer than 6 letters, coloured beads go off as the Chewie will otherwise become too big.

The wood we use is beech wood. More than other types of wood, beech wood has excellent antibacterial properties. We use 100% silicone beads.The silicone is 100% food graded, resistant to damage and free of harmful additives such as BPA, sulphates and others. Silicone feels soft and smooth. It is one of the few fabrics that is fully recyclable, which means less waste and a long lifespan.

For babies, the world is still mostly a black-and-white film. They don't yet see real colours. Between 4 and 6 weeks, babies start to distinguish basic colours. Babies love contrasts. The stronger the contrast, the more interesting, which is why we work with colour contrast.

Cleaning the silicone can be done with water and mild soapy water. You can wipe the beech wood with a damp cloth and let it air dry. A baby wipe also works well for this! A Chewie cannot be boiled out, in the steriliser or in the dishwasher.

With the FSC seal of approval, you can be sure that our wood comes from a responsibly managed forest. Also, all our Chewies are all tested and certified to the European toy standard EN71 and are handmade by ourselves, piece by piece, in the Netherlands. We also comply with the law Directive 2009/48/EC our products are therefore safe. The CE mark means that our products meet the legal requirements.

As with all Chewies, we recommend checking them for damage before each use and never leave your little one alone while playing or biting on this product.
